Click and
drag your mouse in the picture to scroll around the barrow cemetery
of Winterbourne Stoke. The initial view is towards the southwest over
a bell barrow with the long barrow that forms the basis of the group
hidden behind it. A pair of disc barrows occupy the foreground to
the northwest with bowl barrow to the immediate north. Round towards
the northeast several of the bowl barrows that form the southwest-northeast
alignment that the group is famous for can be seen while to the southeast
is an almost continuous line of traffic on the A303 (compass arrow
points north).
