Click and drag your mouse in the picture to scroll around one of the ring cairns at Green Low, this is the larger of the two monuments sited on a steep hillside above Bolehill Clough. The panorama starts with the view to the north with a small earth platform of unknown purpose (possibly the remains of a round cairn) immediately in front of the camera with the grass covered rubble bank of the ring cairn just behind. Scrolling left shows how the views open up towards the hills to the west and across what is now the town of Chapel-en-le-Frith, continue scrolling to reveal how well preserved the ring cairn is and also the steep gradient of the hill.

(Red compass arrow indicates north).
