Panorama of Huggate Dykes (scroll left and right), the initial view is over a causeway path of unknown date that crosses part of the earthworks. To the left the vista open up to the southwest down the head of the valley that marks the junction of Frendal Dale and Tun Dale with the hillside of College Wold and Millington Wold beyond. A single set of earthworks continues along the brow of the hill along Huggate Pasture to the south-southwest approximately following the line of bushes at the end of the wheat field. To the right the parallel line of banks and ditches end at the top of the hill where the gradient of the hill flattens out, originally the earthworks continued eastwards but have now been lost to ploughing and are only visible as cropmarks in aerial photographs.
