of Loanhead of Daviot. The initial view is south over the recumbent
setting while the stone cairn outline
of the adjacent cremation cemetery can be seen just beyond the circle
to the southeast. Loanhead of Daviot was restored after excavation
in the 1930's and the recent woodland blocks any views outwards
from the circle except those to the northeast in the direction of
the Hill of Easterton and the radio transmitter on Core Hill. |
