Brow Moor stone 10u
Stone 10u at NZ95240131. This large slab is located towards the northwestern edge of the moor close to the track that leads to Howdale Farm. On its lower surface partly hidden by earth and grass are several unusual designs including several chevrons and arrow shapes. A pair of deep cups also have grooves emerging from them that may also be chevrons. One of these is visible in the photograph below to the right of the 'arrow' motif, while the other is partly hidden by grass towards the right hand side of the stone.
